Weekly Wednesday Video!
Today's video is featured at Flirty Girl Fitness. I love this place, because it's so much more than a gym! It's inspiring, motivating, gives female empowerment, and because of the amazing energy, I feel good as soon as I walk in the door, and that feeling usually stays with me for the rest of the day.
